I am thinking about adding a toe grip bump to my footbeds. I have a couple of idea, but wondering if anyone who already did this has a good method to share.
Thanks,

When I started, footpads had no toe grips so I screwed on lengths of garden hose which worked great.

i peeled up the pad, inserted a length of rope and glued the pad back over it. works great, just pick the diameter rope you want.
