Have a North Rebel that has at least one valve that has delaminated
1. Which glue works the best to re-glue the old valves back on to the bladder
2. Or, do I need to purchase new valves after the old ones are removed.
Any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

aqua seal all the way
hot water to help remove if still partially stuck
clean a lot with alcohol, sand paper not necessary
find a cylinder shaped thing you can place over valve and weigh down overnight. 2 rolls of white cloth tape (that you use to tape your sprained ankle or wrist or cover the holes in your foot from riding too much) stacked on top of each other is the perfect height and base width. big socket or piece of pvc works too.
spread glue thin layer on valve, stick it on weight it down, dont touch. 12 hrs.
a trick is to put wax paper inside bladder under hole to prevent gluing bladder shut (paper can be popped through or out after.
easy. ...... make sure valve is oriented properly (facing the right way)
or
buy a stick on valve: clean as before, then stick valve on. go ride.
