Customer service

We often read post here at KF about bad customer service. So I just wanted to give some positive feedback from my experince with http://www.evolutionkites.co.uk/ from where I bougt a kite but had a warranty issue. Craig whom I guess is the owner gave perfect service and even got the sparepart special made in Vietnam, so I hopefully soon can get on the water again.
Thanks for helping me out even I wasn´t that patient
