When does the 2014 Slingshot board range come out??

I'm looking to get a SS board but I don't want to get a 2013 and then in a few weeks time the 2014 board comes out. I know companies release there 2014 around this sort of time of year. I've searched the Internet but no answere. Should I wait or just get the 2013????

Slingshot usually releases a few boards and kites in late summer. So you probably still have a few months before something new comes out.

Had a couple of nice days on the 2014 Rally 14m with the new Compstick bar this week in Oliphant On. Pic's and review soon. I hope to be riding the new model Slingshot board this weekend. Its the one Patrick Rebstock is riding on the Slingshot home page.

DOH! I wasn't going to soil this thread with THAT question, but since you brought it up HOW WAS THE 2014 RALLY??? I know, review is coming...curious what they changed from 2013.
I have a 2012 14M which I love, but didn't switch to 2013 because I heard it was slower...and the thing I like most is how quick my "big" kite is. Looking forward to the review but interested in any teasers...

Man I'm so excited for the new range, the 2013 range has been awesome so the 2014 should raise the bar. The new stuff is out on July the twelfth and I'm gunna get the new asylum! Seen a few sneaky shots of it in there videos and it looks sick. Plus I've been saving up for ages and this will be my first ever brand new piece of kit and not second hand!!!!

Never flown the rally but I had a RPM and that is really good. Although I personally never thought there was not much point in the rally as the RPM is so versatile. What do you guys think????

One more day. I cant comment on the changes yet but i can explain the Rally/RPM differences.

The RPM is very versatile bit it is freestyle oriented. It flies further back in the window to deliver more unhooked pop and more power through the kiteloop.

The Rally is called a surf kite, but I tend to refer to it as the all around kite. It flies closer to the edge of the window so it upwinds better, has incredible drift and better low end. It unhooks rather well, but not as much pop as the RPM. Kiteloops are adequate but nothing compared to the RPM or Fuel.

Ranging from Freestyle performance towards all around user comfort i would range them like this: Fuel -> RPM -> Rally

Ahhh so the rally is more towards surf/alround riding. I used to have a RPM and I loved it! It was so easy to fly and it was really good unhooked although it doesn't have a lot of slack line after you pop. Which is why I switched to the hadlows.

Also can't wait to get the new ss asylum!!!!
