to show you this codes I had to disable the BBcodes. this shows up when you write a message at the "Options" field.
If I wouldn't have disabled it you would see a picture.

Important is, that you have the address of the picture to put in. This you only get if the picture is in the web, otherwise send the picture to the webmaster and he can put it online for you.
To get the address of a picture already being in the web, just do a right click on the picture and go to properties at the end of the list. Then you will see the properties of the picture and the address (URL). Mark the whole address and right click it and click on copy. Only .jpg or .gif can be inserted. make sure that at the very end of the address there is a .jpg or .gif
Then go to your message and paste the address into with no paces.
