When i saw this post i was very amazed, this is going to my christmas gift list (at the top)

but then i tought, what if we want to ride toe-side? is there any danger of tangle with the lines and the camera rig ?

i guess someone tried this, might be interesting to know, I ride mainly in strapless surf and i'm not the fastest guy when it comes to jibe so i sometime wait for less choppy waves to switch feets;)

toe-side is not problematic as long as you position your camera not too forward. See the following video (sorry for the image quality, old cam and not in HD), for a lot of toe side riding.

Can I use this mount with other camera with 1/4" mounting screw? I have a Sony Action Cam.

Yes you can. Need to buy the optional 1/4" universal adapter

I bought a Wizmount from action cameras - the UK distributor. Seemed pretty good but once the interlocking poles have been positioned it does tend to slip a little. You have to tighten the clamps prettu tight to avoid the camera moving position. The second time I took it out the lever on one of the clamps gave way and bent when tightening. I'm not super man and didn't use excessive force but it bent as shown below. Neither Wizmount or Action cameras wanted to know - they wanted to charge me a fair bit for a replacement. Remember this was the second time I'd taken this out. Not very good customer service as I paid £150 ($245) only a few weeks previous to this.

If you mean the zip tag fraying - happened almost immediately. Not an issue though I'll just trim it. The slipping poles is an issue though and, although I've heard from wizmount regarding the bent clamp I still don't have a replacement. Action Camera's wanted to charge me for a replacement clamp...this happenend on its second outing.
