Kite hostel pricing

Hello and greetings from NE Brasil, I was wondering what price you guys think is fair for a shared room per person in a beach front house with those constant winds we have here in Cumbuco. Is it better to rent per room with up to 4 people per room or better per head? What have you paid recently in other top kite destinations? House will have a live in housekeeper to keep it safe, electric fence and pool and kitchen available for use. Just kinda crunching some numbers to deicde if it is worth doing this project your input is greatly appreciated!

Better per room because then you don't get to live in a room with someone you don't want there...
Also if you have 1 bed / 2 bed/ 4 bed rooms it will be more versatile.
What is the advantage of a house over a pousada ?
Guess the only advantage will be the price...

Only advantage is price and privacy I guess, only a few rooms instead of 15 or 20 like most Pousada's here.
