That board looks very similar to the RL board 2 PC, from the point of view of construction and materials:

I have one and I am very happy with it. It has little rocker, it means it is early planner, but not the best in choppy or waves.
RL 2 PCs is 569 Euros.
I have heard that Nobile is bringing a split board in October, which seems to have a very fast mounting system.
Eloico.

I'd love to get one of these, but wouldn't pay more than $500 for any board... hoping to find one used

I have had a few goes on the re solve board now and my conclusion is this is a good travel board. The board is more square and has almost no rocker making it tricky for lifestyle tricks. It also has allot of flex which i don't really like. To minimalist the flex i moved the pads and straps to the closest setting. This aside once broken down it fits into a duffel bag with 2 kites weighs 15kg. Really the ultimate travel kit. I will look for the link to this dufflebag as it is perfect for travel. It even has wheels and only cost 16pounds to purchase.
To summaries would not sell my non breakdown board and replace it with this split one however i will only travel with a split board from now on.
