Yes, long time ago. Not using it anymore because I don't like the Y so high.

I'm trying to keep the Y at the pulley above the clam cleat. I was thinking of using ozone pulley but trying to figure a way for the line to pull through the small hole in the iron heart

Yea, that would be a problem since the iron heart is not designed to have a knot slip through it and the Ozone setup requires the loop connection to hold the center line at the Y stop.
I've used a Switch chicken loop with an Ozone bar. It has a bigger hole which allows the Ozone safety line setup to slide through.

Could just put the safety line similar to the naish system so it does not run through the iron heart

Yes, but then you don't have the swivel capability.

Does it work okay?
I have a fuse where the flag system uses both center lines and my airush vxr where the bar flags with just 1 center line.
Can I swap bars if needed?

in general a single flag out can be used with any 4 line kite, while a mini-5th control bar with the Y on both center lines only will work on kites that have pulleys in the bridle --- so the kite can tilt back to fully depower (which is the case in with both the fuse and airrush vxr I believe), so in your case you should be able to mix and match bars however you want.

... not hard to do, with a North 5th line bar, simply put the center line (5th line) onto one of the front connection of the kite instead of the usual center 5th line and make sure you remove the red ball that is above the Y point.
Not really recommended way and reckon its trying to re-invent the wheel but it does work (I tried it as an experiment). Mind you it makes it hard to re set up after a punch out as it easier to get tangles in the lines. Since all 3 front lines are same length, kite will fly normally but will behave differently when punching out.
If your going to mod a bar, make sure you test in light winds incase things go wrong!
cheers,
Robbie
