I'm looking for helmet to use in water. Give me your opinion. What is the best one for you?

Pro-Tec Ace Wake, lasts well, never notice I wear it. Has flaps to protect eardrums. Ear flap connection eventually fails, but is easily replaced by zip ties.
Annoying chinstrap that readjusts when getting dragged under water - but all helmets have that system. Has never fallen off though, so I just leave it where it settles.
(edit: emphasised Wake model and added picture)

I'm very happy with my basic
WRSI:
I considered the Shred Ready Super Scrappy; I liked the idea of it being reversible, but heard about issues with it's retention system jamming up after being exposed to salt water.
I settled on the WRSI because of the non-mechanical retention system and better coverage for the back of the head. The brim is also smaller, reducing the chance of wrenching or whiplash on impact. While it's enough brim to keep the sun off my eyes, it's not so much that it makes peeking at the kite difficult (another complaint I've heard about larger brims).
Of course, if you go with the Gath (not Goth), there's always the chance you'll be asked to appear in a Daft Punk video:

Dude just get a full kyake helmet with thick padding... It will protect your ear drums and save you from a knock out crash !!!
The gath ones dont allow for speed and are too thin on padding.

I ride cable a lot and after switching I have not had near the problems with whiplash. Last year my neck was all ways sore even to the touch from a bulky helmet and hard crashes. I only use my helmet when the tide is out kiting and for sunburn protection. I'm bald lol.

I like the idea of Gath. Slim and light. But I hate the look of it and don't have any use for visor. Are there any similar products? Would like to have helmet that fits almost like a cap.
