You are working with Formica?? what blank do you use? Is it a Styrodur or do you use core cell?

How wide can you go with those stubby boards :?:

It seems bizarre to me that a short 115 board with the same width as a 150cm board (say 37-39) works better in light winds.

I would have thought a stubby board should be much wider, like 45cm.

What makes a shorter board with the same width as a longer board work just as well (if not better) :?:

Would a 115cm*45cm stubby with no concave work well :?:

once you get past forty cm wide things get tough to turn unless you have a good rail profile, ie curve along the board.

Rockerline!

My rather flat boards of 118x37.5 is planing earlier than the old curvy large twintips.

Never reduce your thinking to only one detail.
