Hey,
I wanted to see if anyone has stayed at the Windhaven Villas in Provo?
http://www.windhavenvillas.com
I am thinking of planning a trip and any info would be appreciated. I am planning on going in October.
Thanks,

Hi,
I did not stay at windhaven when I was in the TCI (chose something cheaper...), but I went there to see the resort and kited 15 days at long bay beach where windhaven is located.
What I can tell you:
- the island is really great
- the accommodations at windhaven look even better in the real life than on the web
- the kite spot is one of the best I have seen. One of its prime quality (beside warm turquoise shallow water with steady winds ) is that there are so few kiters and it is so big!
- people are super friendly
- and if you care : the spot is "kid an non kiting wife" friendly
I'm going back in November to explore other spots in the TCIs
Watch the "wet dreams" movie from best kiteboarding. This was filmed in the TCI when I was there, and they were staying at windhaven. That being said I think most of the film features spots on other islands than Provo...

+1 for provo I'll add friendly locals awesome beaches great reef not too crowded or a lot of traffic (which some islands have) quick flight from Miami. It's pretty pricey in winter (lots of NY people) but if you're flexible you can find deals. Last time I was there I got a great deal at Alexandra resort 99 night .

Thanks for the response. They were booked up for the week I wanted and I am going to have to stay at another location.
Thanks again,
