The Xenon pads and straps are the best i have tried. Try testing them.

I can confirm that. I went through a few makes and models and currently loving my Xennon pads. The only pad that has the gorrila grip you need for freestyle and feels like you've stuck your feet in gods vagina!

I just replaced standard SS pads/straps with a set of Naish Apex and these are simply awesome. I am not a naish man and the pads are a bit pricy but the way you can adjust these to your feet is beyond anything that is out there.
Try em in your local shop and you know instantly what i mean.

All are very nice but the North NTT will not work unless you have a North board with the North track system. I bought a set myself and they have a weird shape that only works with North.
The Airush and Naish pads and straps are very nice.

North are great but I had same problem fitting on Shinn. You can fit, but very restricted to adjustment. Think North missed a trick there, I would have bought otherwise.

Hi, I've got a Monk Forever and have used all 3 sets of pads, Shinn, North, Naish
The NTT bindings do fit but you are a bit more limited to where they go. I had to use the inside and outside holes of the board to get them on. But I still had a lot of angle adjustments so they felt great to me and personally were an improvement over the Shinn bindings. I could keep them fairly loose with still a lot of grip under my feet. Liked them a lot but have now put them on my SpeedBall since I now changed the Monk ones to the Naish Apex.
the Apex's are great and by far my favorite. SUPER grippy under foot so I can keep them nice and loose and comfortable on top. I found that with the Shinn's I had to pretty much make the tops to tight. The Apex fits either hole pattern on the board and lots of angle adjustments and actually super easy to adjust. Plus the color pattern really matches up well with the Shinn board
Hope that helps.

I have RRD pads and straps, the ones that came with the Poison and the Style. It's got adjustments for the toe and ankle, which really makes a huge difference. I also haven't tighten my straps since the winter when I had thick booties and have grown to prefer not having them super tight. No cramps ever and I don't loose the board off my feet very much unless I crash big.
