Anybody have a Japanese made Axxe wetsuit or Isurus wetsuit?

I am looking at custom made Japanese wetsuits from Axxe (3mm and 5mm/3mm with hood) - Bohemian V version - http://axxe.jp/us/bohemian.html

Does anyone have any feedback on the Axxe brand wetsuit? It is an expensive custom made suit. Other Japanese custom companies are Bewet, Cyber, Seventh Wave (NZ), etc.

I have also been considering Isurus brand (I-Elite 333 and I-Soldier 454), which is a small company based out of CA - http://www.surfisurus.com/products/

Isurus wetsuits are not custom made but are still at the high end of price for a non-custom, more mass marketed wetsuit. My concern with Isurus is getting the right fit plus the suits are unlined (overall warmth a question).

I recently tried on a Patagonia R2 front zip full and did not like the fit plus Solspot.com's wetsuit comparison review indicates that Patagonia is a very heavy wetsuit in the water.

I would appreciate your input!

I used a isarus 5/4 hooded (i-evade) last winter up on cape cod and was very happy with it. kept me toast in 35+ if sunny, 40+ if cloudy/rainy.

One of the stock sizes fit really well for me, much better than some custom I have tried in suits in the past.

The fit feels a bit tight on the beach in that it squeezes your arms and legs a bit, but not tight in the joints and in the water mobility and warmth are both really good

I got an Elite 333 last year and it is hands down the best wetsuit I've ever owned (there have been quite a few). Pretty amazing technology and no liner needed at all since it fits like a glove. Definitely go try it on and there are a large range of specific sizes (I use a MT and am 160, 5'11). Unless you're planning to be in cold cold water would recommend not getting the attached hoodie as the suit keeps you really toast and is super flex. Seems daunting to get in from the one piece top but both getting in and even getting out of it wet is quite easy compared to other suits I've had. Would highly recommend Isurus.

I have bought a few axxe wetsuits and I love them. There is nothing like custom fit and I have always had a hard time with off the rack wetsuits. Best money I have ever spent!

I have an I-evade 454 and an I-evade 333. These suits are everything the website says they are. The 333 I recently purchased to for a trip to Punta San Carlos in Baja. The nice thing is it was totally dry within an hour, so no putting on a wet wetsuit for a next session.My only complaint would be that they are sometimes too warm and it is very difficult to get some cold water in to cool down. The 454 I have used when both water and air are in the low 30's and it is excellent. It is a bit of a challenge to learn to get out of these suits. One piece of advice is to burn a hole, with a soldering iron, about 2 " up the back of the leg, for a drain, or use straps to keep the water from shooting up your leg. I haven't used them long enough to talk about longevity but the 454 looks and feels new after a couple dozen sessions, where other suits I have owned start feeling loose and showing some wear after the same amount of time.
