Cabrinha customer service team
after 3 month of waiting , I m so disappointed , abouth your decision not proceed to change my kite ?????? Please check your email :
" I understand the customer's concerns. For sure when the kite is tuned, it is not defective. The 2013 Switchblade was changed to have overall better performance. This came at a cost to the stability in the low end of the range. Unfortunately, there is no way to change this unless they wait for the 2014 Switchblade "
So way you wrote me wait For the 2014 SB !!!!! ?????
What do I have to do right now ? Just forget the issue and buy a new SB 2014 ????
Come on ! I feel disappointed and fooled !!
I express from the firs time I used that the kite performance on the SB 2013 is not correct , and the poor stability in the low end of the range .
As I see on your web page this year (2014 SB ) Cabrinha Fix and change several things to solve all the customers complains on the 2013 SB !
So please understand mi position , I'm your client from several years ! I BOUGHT All MY KITES TO CABRINHA ANd ALWAYS LOYAL TO THE BRAND !!!!
please fulfill your offer of wait for the 2014 !
I can pay for the return expenses via fed ex from Guadalajara Mexico to USA
Please let me know
Please understand that is not the customer how has to pay the 2013 model mistakes like
tune with extra knots , bad low end performance caused by changes in outline and profile design and poor Aerodynamic Efficiency on the SB 2013
please show us that cabrinha is a brand we can trust !!!!!

This doesn't mean much without providing your issue and/or your back and forth convo with Cabrinha.
What were you expecting out of the 2013 Switchblade? What did you not get? What size(s)?
A lot of 2012 Customers said the bar pressure was too high, kite was too slow all though had good grunt.
They changed the bar pressure, turning speed and lost a little grunt.

Man people just love to hate Cabrinha. Love my vectors and crossbow. Zero problems , still look brand new after many sessions. I see lots of 2013 Swithblades , never heard any complaints before. I think try before you buy, or get lots of feedback from others is key. Maybe just like cars ,its not always a great idea to run out and buy a new model until the feedback and reviews come in.
These guys seem to like it.

Have you ever seen a bad review from these guys? I don't trust any reviews that don't list one negative or say dumb shit like the kite has a little little bit to heavy bar pressure but dominates everything else. Everyone from beginner to pro will love this kite and everything about it. Do you think SBC or any kite mag is gonna dog a kite even if its garbage when a company is lining their pockets?

So you buy a kite that you did not test! Did not like much and now you want them to give you a new one...OMG!!! Kites are different EVERY year, there was nothing wrong with your kite!!!!
Cabrinha for Switchblade in 2013 when for lighter bar pressure, faster turning and awesome depower.
All the people I know who bought them they really like the kite....
It was also explained pretty well in their web site and brochure too... AND in the many test that were posted... You should have done your homework before buying the kite!!!
For 2014 they went back to a more powerful kite like was asked by the market.
I really don't see what this have to do with customer service..
Bye Jankie

Must admit from the information presented I'm with Jankie on this.
Be nice if you bought a kite rode it, then went nah, don't like it, give me the next years model please? Not sure if you have grounds for your customer service issue here either?
Maybe that's not the whole story but from what I've read it seems a little strange your complaint and also your request.
