I know a kiter who just picked up 2, 2013, Switchblades. I believe an 8m and 11m. He is a very good kiter and I have seen him ripping around on his new kites. I will ask him next time I see him what he thinks so far. From what I can see he looks pretty happy.
Once you know the characteristics of your kite it seems to me you work with what you have. If you know your kite has poor low end then you know when to come in and grab a bigger kite. If you have the opposite problem and your kite has great low end but gets hard to handle at the top end of the wind window, time for a smaller kite. My Vectors are similar, not great low end but super stable and easy to handle when the wind pipes up. Except for my light wind kite I would prefer a kite with good high end stability, control, and depower.

What size is the '13 switchblade that you are having issues with on the low-end?

I have a 2013 switch 8 and 12 and both kites are very good in firm wind. When the wind wavers then that is when I miss my 2012 switchblades.
That being said once you know your kite range and feel you adapt.

please recomend me a good customer service kitesurf brand
Boardriding Maui.
That's for sure and I can verify that because I sent a 17m Cloud back to BRM
and I got reimbursed right away without any questions
I didn't like the kite for my style of riding after couple of short testings,
therefore I can say excellent customer service and Not Disappointed at all
