Yes, way more expensive than years ago, and will even get more expensive!
But, the wind is soooo good, that it is priceless!!!
Being here since Sept 20. wind EVERY day between 15-25 knots!
Yesterday I had an awesome session on the Cauipe lagoon with 16-21 knots...heaven that is!
666+ tricks are possible on this spot

Really light day in San Diego with only knee high waves. But, with the Santa Ana conditions and warm water, I couldn't resist. Still had a fun time with the Fat Lady/Sweet Potato combo. Love this set up for the margy days.

Wind was SE (side-on) 14-17 knots with 3 to 4 ft waves
Rode surfboard strapped...packed in as much waverides...jumps...kiteloops..
....downloop transitions...toeside to heelside wave top slashing as possible
Was at Cocoa Beach 5th street beach... really really fun session...3 other guys were out with me
My log looks pretty normal .....when wind is less than 13kn...which is often i use a 19 XR3 Core...
..plus where i live our beach gets more wind being away from mainland... not strong but often
July 15 sessions, August 24 sessions, September 23 sessions.....
.... October 13 sessions out of 19 days
I am very very thankful for every session on the water playing with the wind

Camber sands UK. 7m session onshore 30mph, strapless. Lot more wind this week too

Got up at 5:00am to go to Dauphin Island Al for the first time today. 15+knots at 8:00, dropping off by 11:00.
