Gliding on snow without a loop is not the same... but still here is Lenten on snow in Norway. I took this picture of him last Redbull Ragnarock jumping of a mountain...

How can you look so calm mega looping at that height!!
well.i look to my kite as you see.not a chance for a mistake my friend.although shit can happen always at this kind of heights and winds!!!
crashed with 77km/h
same spot same wind....bad mistake
the frame of the photo was taken from that video ... check the joyness when i nail that megaloop
I've been trying to get the mega loop nailed for a while, I'm comfortable doing huge jumps on my hadlow but I'm really not confident looping. So I've been practising doing big kite loops on my 9 when I'm powered. Am I better of using my 7 which is faster or sticking with my steadier 9?
Also the crash looked pretty gnarly, did it hurt??
Since i love megalooping(they call me "kiteloop machine" here in Greece Hadlows are NOT the ideal kite to start megalooping...they stay a lot in the power window and pulls horizontal and not climbing enough fast to "catch" you.In other words you must be very experienced with realy high kiteloops to nail them.I remember one time that my friends were saying to me that i cant loop it.Well there isnt any kite that i cant loop i answered and i went in with a 2012 7m at 35knots.Ok i made it but the pull was way harder than other hybrid kites that i have already looped.
ps..the crash hurted a lot after ... i couldnt breave good cause of the chest pain for one week...i am a lucky man ... first time i got scared so much.
ps2... elliott stay with your 9m but put shorther lines...then do the same with your 7m.dont forget to push your bar when the kite completes the loop.It helps the kite to climb faster

Any idea how high you are?
The windsurfer underneath me met me and after the badwords for jumping over him i asked him if he can estimate the height.he said that he is windsurfing about 20 years and the past 10 he sees kiters jump.20 meters for sure
for the kiteloop a very close friend of mine was with me .... over 12 meters he said
