I'm in the USA. I ordered a couple direct from the UK. They arrived pretty fast.

Run these on both my bars and love em. Rig them nice and simple with a single depower line (plus safety line) from chicken loop up through the bar, up through the line holder and then up to your swivel and back to the cleat and you can simply move the cleat on the line to trim your front to rear line lengths. Double depower line through the bar is only needed for below bar trim and makes for more friction through the bar bushing. Ordered em for 13$ a piece through a local marine shop.
P.S. A really small ss ring laced onto the line at the halfway point through the line holder makes a great safety line guide to keep it clear of the cleat. I've never added one and never had a snag, but thought I'd mention it.
