Is the Vegas 2014 bar pressure lighter than 2013 or it is the same ?

Is Torch lighter than Vegas?

I had to jump in with the Core Gts 2 as all of the lenghty requirements above were met so far. The only thing it lacks is a lot of low end but the most important ones are all handsomely met and outdone. The light bar pressure is a signature characteristic and it has 3 settings to play with named from medium to super light:) The speed is phenomenal as it is" the ultimate kiteloop machine" and its a true future C allarounder! http://vimeo.com/m/42274831
I think you met your match!

The Vegas is very light for a C kite. The Fuel on the other hand is very heavy and I am glad to see the back of mine.

Try a modern Vegas, they are very light on the bar.
I am looking at the Vegas but they are a bit boring in that everyone has one these days and I get the feeling that although they are good kites they aren't very inspiring, especially coming from Torches. If I go with a SLE them what I lose in bar feel I'll gain in boost/range.

Do you know if anyone has the 2014 Vegas yet Tone? I know Dave usually has them early

Can't have ya cake and eat it as well! You have problems with bar pressure. Well fuels have high bar pressure but they are a true C and can be very 'inspiring'. You want lighter bar pressure you will have to soften the true C feel, there is no getting around it. Suppose you need to find where on that spectrum you want to sit.

And to the core comment, why is a looping machine ever considered the ultimate C all rounder?

Westozzy core Gts 2 is allrounder because it has 3 speed settings 3 bar pressure settings and 3 light wind settings. Even with all of those it doesnt have the the low end typical for allrounders and it does not have as huge pop as they do. Otherwise the advertisement is true!

I am on Ozone C4s now, lightish bar pressure, no settings as such and it does feel like a true C kite.

The C4 also jumps like a rocket.

Seriously good kit!

Looping the 7m C4 on Sunday in 35-40 knots was a revelation, it's also left me a bit broken.

If you want to consider bridled kites, as probably would be the solution, then comming from the Torch, the Park could be a nice choice! The 2014 have fixed bridle and are very fast, and direct feel. Supernice kite! Three settings on bar pressure/ turning speed.
