Top layer on my sector V2 footpad has started peeling up where i twist my foot by the rear strap. Whats a good adhesive to use to stick it back down?

Weldwood Contact Cement...permanent bond...water resistant...3 oz bottle with cap applicator
Wipe both surfaces using clean cloth and Isopropyl (rubbing) Alcohol 70%..let dry 2 minutes
Apply thin even coat of cement to both surfaces...paying attention especially to the edges
Wait 15 minutes for cement to dry
Join together.....press down firmly all over the edges of footpad and everywhere cement was applied
Safe to go in the water 30 minutes after it has bonded

Sure did use water resistant contact cement on footpads where corners peeled off from board
Works also great if only the top layer of a dual density pad peels off
Once glued back down
properly those same corners stay down for good

I've used the waterproof gorilla glue on my SUP that worked pretty well. Cures in 30 minutes with water
