Cronix is a three strut kite with a bridle front and back.
The Mist is a five strut kite with the same bridle layout that Blade has used for at least four years.
Graphically they don't look similar.
The shape and the profile look different.
The only thing they have in common is a slanted wingtip.. and even that looks different.

Yeah, the Mist proto in that pic looks like a five strut Trigger.
The Prime 2011, 2012, 2013 was square like a C4, Judge, Nobile 50Fifty, etc.
Prime 2009 and 2010 had a kind of thin but rounded off wingtip.
Looks like the Mist got the wingtips from the 2012 Fat Lady.

If the tips were part of the recipe for the renowned good turn speed of the FL1 then we migh have some very nimble handling performance in the Mist...

Just backbfrom the beach again. Today 20kn on 9m Mist (like the name more each day) the kite works perfect with wind. Easy relaunch like my rpm and súper pop. Great slack and even some drift

Do you have any video to share? Or maybe pictures. Eg of the bridle...

I did try 9m MIST two days ago. The wind was 25 maybe 27 knots so i coudn't do any unhooded, but did try some sent jumps. The jumping is very easy and similar to trigger. Just send the kite to 12 (or 1 or 11) pull the bar and off you go. It's easier to jump than 2011 prime and it has a lot of float for c kite. 2011 Prime float like a brick compare to mist. The bar pressure is very light (to light for my teaste).

hows the bar pressure compared to the prime? I felt like the prime was a little too stiff

Noticeably lighter, but 9m prime has light to medium bar pressure on slow setting IMO. I wish my 9m Prime (2013) had a bit more bar pressure and 13m a bit less. 11m has perfect bar pressure IMO.
