lucky you!

mine start to fall apart after few months!!!
You will be wonder as I use my Mystic Force Shield for 6+ years now! It really soft on the bottom that makes more freedom for board off. The harness a little worn out but still works!!

Must admit the inside of the new harness doesn’t look like it will be long lasting. The material seems soft and thin, hopefully I’m wrong.
If this harness doesn’t last I think I will be looking at one of the Mystic harnesses

Well, with 5 I have some spares for Brazil now...

But always the same problems: velcro rips off where attached to spreader bar, velcro rips out if attachment, seams open where harness and leg part meet.

Quality sux, unfortunately it suits my back problem the best...

Well went for the OR2 thanks s1buell_wl drawing it to my attention.

Nice harness, bit tricky to put on but does look as it will be a superb and stay in the low position yet give freedom of movement of the legs.

Only problem is the cold English winter :allbegood: is not inspiring.

Hope it works for you. Yea it takes a session or two to dial it in then.... the freedom and not so violated ass after a nice air style session is great. One more thing with the let straps when your on the beach you just need to touch them and their lose to walk around in. Hit the water pull a little tension and your off.

Quality it great eh? Its actually kind of heavy due to the materiel.

I don't think Toby can use these they only make an XL... The last video I seen he's looking a little fat.... I think its the easy North Brazil life style getting to him

I guess you mean the leg strap adjusters rather than the adjustment behind the zipped area.

Out of interest, how tight do you have you straps and where is your spreader bar in comparison to your hips?

Cheers

For me. I normally kite with the biggest kite for the wind of the day. I try to be max power on full power (hate to de-power kites they just fly different when de-powered)

So if I'm having a powered session I will crank the spreader down pretty tight just on or a little above the navel. and put the leg straps snug but not to much.

As I ride the bar will ride up a little as it does this I will add more to the leg straps to stop it right where I like it. I'm not a tall guy 5' 11" so I like the hook up higher thus as I fly its easy to hold the bar full power.

If its getting to 20-25 and I have a big kite up and want to keep going to do some monster air I will stop in the water pull the harness down and add tension to the legs thus lowering the hang point bettering my center of gravity allowing me to hold the power of the kite.

Light day I don't worry about the leg straps very little tension

Once you get to know how the harness works it should find its way to your mid-back and kind of lock there almost like a normal waist harness. At least this is how it works for me.

One tip.... Use it with neoprene shorts always. Forget shorts any leg strap harness is a pain in the ass with shorts. Pick yourself up a pair you will not regret it.

Toby is to politically correct these days.... He would not even bite on the fat joke....

BTW New tricks are looking good!!! If I could only get that barefoot surf working.... I have the bare foot face plant into the wave trick working really well! we'll see once the 19m gets here. The 15m just does not have the hang for this trick

cheers guys have a great weekend

Great tuning tips.

I always wear a wetsuit, so will not have to bothere with the neoprene shorts.

It's cold here you know! :thumb:
