Is this some inside knowledge which has not been revealed by the op? Why would you hope he bought it used?
On this matter, l would strongly advice to contact warranty@switchkites.com
They will help you out!

Kind regards,

Dude :cool2:

I recently had a similar experience....started by a drift launch...kite released on its own....a problem with the donkey dick...hit the water hard and then was totally flat in about 10 seconds! i thought the front tube was blown....after changing the kite to a smaller 9 m, i checked at home what the problem was....to my suprise and delight it was one of the one pump connections had come off due to the hard impact - maybe saving the front tube....i just had to put some new zip ties on and took of the neopren covers on all the one pump connectors (so i can quicky check the connectors), worked like a treat and stays on now....

Always something new when kiting...

When you go to screw in the valve make sure to turn a quater twist backwards first then slowly twist it on. This has kept me from ever accidentally crossthreading the valve.
