Best time for Cumbuco is Oct-Dec. Spring winds are hard to predict as the Planet switches from Winter to Summer conditions. Best of Luck and Good Winds.

My favorite month is September.
Very few people, awesome wind 20-30 daily, lagoons with enough water.
Yes, come in August and choose somewhere Caribbean for March/April.
