Looking Good, your wings are on the small side, you will probably need 8-9 knots to plane instead of 6-7 knots if you have 900cm area, but that maybe good for learning, since you don't want it to plane too early in the beginning. The weakest point I think is the joint between the strut and the fuselage, if you put more reinforcement there, it would be perfect.

do you mean the connection between the fuselaje and mast?
i intend to fiberglass it and put carbón on those parts
now do you think this position of mast is good?
do you think i should increase the back wing?
thanks for your help! :thumb:

Looks REALLY beatiful, nice work :thumb:

I think the board angle is wrong though...

Your board points too much level or even a bit down it seems ?

The board would typically be pointed slightly upwards, and not level - as you will encounter going DOWN towards the water at a huge angle, quite often, and here you would wish the board to be angled so it wont nosedive :o

At least my experiences, having had several boards, and also had to find the right angle on the last custom one :naughty:

On the other hand, if you NEVER make mistakes and lose the lift, it is okay when "flat"

The thing is (I assume you are NOT an experienced foiler, right ?), that you can always push on the board to make the foil lift you up, no matter what angle the board is.

But if the angle is too flat, it WILL nosedive resulting in a much worse crash (instead of a "saved" and continue riding) when you lose the lift in chop or waves or if a newbee

8) PF

The two metal inserts at the bottom of the strut might pull the bamboo against the grain. If the bamboo was side ways it would be stronger. I would reinforce those areas.
The position looks good on the board, you may want to make a second front wing at 900cm, the rear wing looks good.

hello PF,
the angle is wrong, but is not attached yet i just positioned the board on top to ask if the distance of the mast from the back of the board was correct.
the tip of front wing is directly on the middle of the board.
I vhave no experience with foils.
Im building to try it!
Will see how many liters of wáter ill drink to learn kitefoiling! :o
