As Noel said, it is a park in SW Florida, off Marco Island. That is a view looking
SSW from the extreme north end of a fairly new sand bar which formed there. There
are strong kiting restrictions, it has a large bird preserve, plus there are private residences.
Enrique with http://www.naplesfloridakiteboarding.com
has been working hard to maintain
access here for many years, he also holds the kiteboarding instruction concession at the park.
There is no kiting along the southern 1 1/2 mile of the lagoon in the area of the wildlife preserve.
The point shown is a 2 to 3 mile walk in, depending on the tide and whether you can cut
across the lagoon from the parking lot by foot. These best way is to go in by boat.
