Cape Surf hostel is quite nice
I think http://www.surfhostel.com or something. Google will yield results, I am sure.

Another alternative is to try contact Carlo who runs a webpage called http://www.kitesurf.co.za (one of the main South African kitesurfing pages) and ask him. He lives in Cape Town. carlo@gushbiz.com

Alternatively, contact Rob from windfreak, one of the shops there on rob@windfreak.com

Contact mike@windswept.co.za. He owns a school and a surf hostel in Tabelveiw it is about 500 meters walking from Kite beach. Kite beach is next to Sunset beach.
Or get hold of sawindsurf.co.za they offer accommodation and prices over the net

Try Durban on the east coast solid 15 - 20 knot winds from August onwards - warm waters good surf
