i give it up to those that get out a spray can and do their own thing
worst- any kite designed for owners that rate the way their kite looks - ooh thats pretty lol
best - any kite from before 2008 with someone riding it with good ability.

Not exactly "on the market" but by the distance of infinity the best looking kite I've ever seen in no small part since it was entirely hand made and sewn by its creator. An extension of his vision put to the air. No bowlshiit kewl, in-the-mirror, look-at-me aspect about it. Just what he wanted his kite to look like.

looks like children's underwear. older rrd kites looked like elderly ladies underwear.

For years my default colour has been yellow. It's among the most visible (safe). It absorbs relatively minimal solar radiation, so doesn't deteriorate as fast. And few other kites in my area are yellow, so mine are easily identifiable, both on and away from the beach.
Regarding best/worst graphic design... eye of the beholder. That said, I suspect many kite designs have been created by those without fundamental design backgrounds.
Cheers,
James

I think Naish and Ozone show all the rest how (graphically), it should be done...
Love it or loathe it, I have to admire Naish for at least keeping continuity between years- and models with the whole tiki thing....
(Yes, I fly Parks lol)
Never used to like Ozone graphics, but last cpl years I've really liked the block graphics n colour combos....
