Jetski vs Switchblade

Postby Kitekiller » Sun Apr 06, 2014 10:35 pm

Hi everyone

I had a bad incident happen to me recently. My kite lines got sucked in by a jetski. Not just did i have to buy a new bar , but the lines on the kite itself was ripped off as well!!

I have a 2012 Cabrinha switchblade 10m kite, but cant find the line lengths anywhere I would really appreciate if some one who has the same kite can maybe make a measurement of the rear end attachment lines, from the kite to the start of the pigtail.

Any help would be appreciated!

I have had a look, but same as the picture I attached they don't have a number for the piece of line I'm looking for.

Not very helpful but that line is included with #5 ("bridle replacement set"):-

If you talk to any cabrinha shop they should be able to get you the parts you need

Kitekiller:

sorry about that. If all you need is that one piece, you can make it. expensive to replace the entire bridle for that one piece. Where RU located? If in the USA, I'll look thru my stash and provide the material if you pay for the shipping. All i need to know is how long is the pice you need...measure the one of the other side.

Or, as already suggested, go/call a shop near you and tell them what you need. They should have a piece of line that will take care of the problem.

PM mail me if you like
