Yeh this is a tough one. If an internal newsletter was leaked and the kite company has requested he take down the pictures then Toby has a difficult decision. Is the KITEFORUM a news agency where anything goes or is there censorship for whatever reason he believes in?
Think about it - would anyone want to leave a bad taste in the mouth of a kite company who's gear they love?
The tough thing would be to take down pictures of a kite company they hate…
In the end there would have to be a respect for all kite companies across the board.
I personally feel that the company should decide when something gets released and the leaker probably will get a spanking

I have no reason to hate any company.
I just respect their wishes if something non public gets posted.
It does not help a user to see a picture...it might help competition, which they don't want.
Just respect it and use google if you like

No need to Google! - I got that picture of the Juice burned in my mind from the 1st post. It looks like it has Dice characteristics. Maybe just a bit more sweep or angle to the wingtip. My time on big 3 strutters hasn't been good though. Like LF 14m Light Breeze NRG 2012, 15m LF Envy (or was it Havoc) 2012ish, Switch Element 13m. All kites that fell back in the wind, maybe too floppy, bridled incorrectly. Not knocking the newer ones but not sure on 3 strut big kites...

I'm with you on that one mark. Something that big surely needs more than three struts to support all that canopy with a traditional lei bridal. Especially for bigger guys and those that lock and load with power at the kites higher end. We will see I suppose.

Hey Toby,
What prototype were u riding yesterday in Key Biscaine?
After a first look I saw it was a North (those yellow strut attachments) and thought it is the Juice... but u had 5 struts... Maybe the 3 strut pic is not the final version and u are testing it with 5
P.S: I was the one on the Contra
Today was much more wind, I was on a 9 and lit!

damn, missed that wind
I test few different protos, some with 5 some with 7 struts. No idea what it will be.
It is not a Juice! If they release it, it will be a pure Airstyle kite. No idea about a name.

If they release a pure Airstyle kite, I will order a 18 and 14 on the spot.
A promodel or signature kite would be great in my opinion.
I mean it simply helps to promote a kite and express what it stands for.
And it would sound way better to ride a North TB (for Toby Bräuer) then a Edge, Draft, Screamer or anything else.
Just my 2 cents.
I seriously hope they release it in 2 sizes, 18 and 15/14 (with longer lines). and a North Bar like 2012 with microloop/hook.
I wrote a few companies asking them if they are planing Airstyle kites and bars (with microhooks/loops) and I got a few really promising answers. I guess in 1-2 years time we will be able to buy great Airstyle gear!
Im going to spend fortunes... oh my...

Yesterday "Dan" the North rep and others were at North Demo Days in Belmont,CA and I spoke to them.
He said he believes the Juice will be released next week and will be available in 15m, 18m both with 3 struts and narrower LE.
