Is the bar pressure different? Which is lighter?

I read the Switch kites return policy. Though it seems really generous in that they would take back an "undamaged" kite within 30 days if you don't like it I wonder how well it would sit with them for future purchases. i.e. - I wonder if it's a one time only thing?
Has anyone else on this board ever returned a kite to them? How was the vibe?

Have you heard what your friend thinks? Really need more input!
He was on his 8m Nitro3 this weekend (I was on my 10m) in 15 gusting to 40 (no lie) and he had a great session with his Nitro3. So much so that he's replacing his 11m SB with either a 10m or 12m Nitro3.
I am really impressed with the upwind ability, quickness and depower of the kite.

Much the same but the pulley-less Nitro felt crisper at the bar...

I found the switchblade to be quite spongy and indirect when you pull the bar towards you, my Fuse acts much more like a gashandle in this aspect.. How is the Nitro?

unfortunately it's in German... the key messages translated:
- very good build quality... but they mentioned there is not a lot of dacron on the "edges" of the kite
- good lowend
- easy to jump, good lift, but hangtime not on par with other kites
- quite fast
- low bar pressure
- depower should be pulled a bit (kite is delivered slightly "oversheeted")
- not a lot of power during kiteloops (very tight radius)
- a little bit of drift for waves
- "ok" for wakestyle and "little" release... fine for a freerider who wants to do some tricks
- easy to fly and versatile
- good value for money
