hi dudes. I live in an island with 4-8 bofor winds. what size of kite should i buy.

You will need several kites to cover that range & kiting above a F6 (25knots+) is not a whole bunch of fun & dangerous for the beginner.
Start with a 10-12m flat area inflatable & learn in a F4 max - don't put it up in more wind or it will bite!

if you have 4-8 Bft classical setup is a good choice:
8-12-16 sqm surface area.
Starting with a 12 sqm.
