Hello, as we mentioned back in February we have another photo contest this month of May. Here is your chance to win a FREE QUICK CONNECT. If you haven't heard of it by now, here's a quick video:
To participate in the contest you will need to upload a picture of one of your launch sites. Photo must be added to this forum thread. We are interested in seeing the best of "the worst" in launch sites (i.e. small, crowded and/or sketchy, the worst the better). Extra points for added humor and creativity!
CONTEST IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!
CONTEST RULES: Contest will officially close on Thursday, May 16, 2014 (12:00 am). Winner to be announced and notified by Thursday, May 16, 2014 (sometime around the afternoon-evening). The Winner will then have 24 hours to contact us with full name and mailing address. If we do not hear back from the Winner within the allowed time, a different Winner will be announced on Saturday, May 17, 2014, and the same process for response will apply.

low tide at one spot i like to kite from~ Breaks every rule of safe launching + landing. I usually also bring some wine to help calm my nerves when i'm trying to figure out what is the best way too launch!

No beach. A 5' high break wall to get over. With a tree lined shoreline. Not even enough room to run the lines out fully. Last guy out better know how to drift launch ...
Got mine last week and used it for the first time this past weekend. Works as advertised, I'm totally pleased with it, definitely worth the 30 bucks in my opinion.
I usually launch from a couple of spots where I have enough room to fully extend the lines but not enough room to launch, so I have to get in the water and launch from there. In order to do that though, I have to drag the lines over the ground, and there's enough crap there for the lines to get hooked on (usually grass roots), so dragging the lines doesn't work too well. With this device I only had to unwind just enough line length to reach the bridles, then I was all set to go in the water and unwind the lines there. Totally recommended, from a guy less than a year into the sport ...
