I have a Flydoor 3, same dimensions as the 4. I found nothing that would fit properly, so I had to get a custom bag made to be capable to protecting the board on plane flights. Got one made at Surfaids, Byron Bay (Australia). Have had it for 6 years now and still really good, zips are almost like new, has always protected the boards, so would really recommend them, although it's not the cheapest option. Actually got the bag made for my older Spleene Monster Door (164x50), but luckily there was enough room when I updated to the Flydoor a few years later. If you go custom made you will need to use a pattern for them to design off. I used a kite bag designed for smaller kite boards and just got them to make it bigger.

You could always check snowboard bags.
