No. I just gave an unbiased answer to my own question. I know Billy and he has definitely been under recognized as a top tier athlete in our sport. I also agree that the other guys on this list so far also rip.

i agree that he has been under recognized , i have met him on the beach and in the bar and he is a really nice guy.
can you add any reason from an industry insiders point of view of why he has not been recognized as much as his talent and personality should warrant.

I personally recognize Billy globally as a top tier athlete, so I would rather not comment on nor speculate to why others don't. Perhaps it's a good topic for another thread.
