For reference here, the wind was blowing about 17-18 mph, I was on a Mako 140, and my fat ass weighs 230 lbs (105 kg for you folks on the other side of the pond). What a great time!!OceanAdventures wrote:17m in Hatteras.

May it be your getting older? Just kidding. I love light wind too. Nothing to be ashamed of.matth wrote:I have to admit I like light wind kiting , something very peaceful about it.
Well the IDS system works properly on some of the Cabrinha kites and not others.OceanAdventures wrote:Yes, it flags just like the IDS system.ronnie wrote:One thing that is of interest to me that never gets mentioned in reviews is the flag-out.
The Flite looks like it flags out to both front lines.
I've been very happy with my Cab Crossbows because the IDS makes it very easy to drift launch and pack down the kite.
Does the Flite flag out as well as the Crossbow did on IDS?
Thanks for answering my question Do-it. I think its important to know if the safety system flags the kite out properly.Do-it wrote:With all that i have stated, the kite is exceptional in the air. A real joy to fly.
