Or 89x162
That's a real problem with conversions: when it comes from conversions

On the French Forum, they use 90mm x 165mm
hmm... do you happen to have a link to the French forum?
I'm more inclined to think it's the nice numbers of 90 x 165mm
Sure. I have not measured myself.
Sword 2012 to Summer 2014 based on the Caraf Standard
The best thing would be to check with a caliper. Beware of the inserts. Caraf uses the US standard close to M10. Sword probably M10 (can anybody confirm ?)

1 ... By Franckite himself, 90 x 165 mm
http://kitefoil.forumactif.org/t1933-ve ... base-caraf

2 .. you may find 89 x 165, here M10 inserts, page 2 (Xav83)
http://www.freeshaper.com/kite/vforum.p ... 0&id=13134

Beware: for Zeeko 2014, it is 85 x 165mm:

Applied successfully here: http://kitefoil.forumactif.org/t1781-po ... ght=embase

How about mounting the sword to the MHL Lift? Would you have to put new holes in the Sword base?

I heard of someone who did it, but I haven't seen it.

MHL spacings are smaller than the Carafino/Taaroa

Maybe MHL = Zeeko footprint ?
Hawaiis, would you have one MHL within hand reach so that we can put all the dimensions of the different brands in a recap post ?

Taaroa, can you please specify how you place and bind the 2 wing nuts for each insert?
BTW, what will be the new fixing for the sword2?

The inserts you were talking about are something like solution A(Left) or B (Right)?
I plan to use one of the two solution sinked with some fiberglass on a wooden stringer (two inserts). Then install two stringers in the board.
Any advice is welcome.

Zeeko has 85 x 160mm spacing :thumb:

But is there a newer one with 85 x 165mm, can anyone confirm ?
