I'm looking to travel around Brazil/South America for about 4 months starting with Carnival and was hoping to fit in 2 weeks to a month or so of kiteboarding to get myself from beginner/refresher to independent standard. Reading around though it seems this is pretty much the worst time to go. Are there any decent spots where I can be sure of reliable wind that time of year? What's the best option for place and month to get riding?

as long as it is dry you can find wind in Ceara! Fortaleza area! and the further northwest the better it should be (towards Jeri)
