Patches are really hard to apply without a second person to stretch out the bladder fabric unless its a small hole and you can get some air pressure in the bladder.

dont put pressure in the bladder one way to make sure the patch is perfectly flat is to get a flat board or an ironing board and clothes pin the four edges around the hole on the bladder to the board, this will ensure a perfectly flat bladder when you apply a patch

Might be the most practical solution when you are down to a super slow leak.

Had to laugh when you mentioned baby powder. I was able to seal the end of a leading edge blowout with the old pencil and iron...pure luck by the sounds of it. I used that much baby powder that my black and white dyno 2011 looks all white...I'm calling it my cocaine kite. Lol ...and I'm sure with those thin bladders used on the dyno that baby powered is hopefully sealing those micro leaks as mentioned above...
