Hello
Does anyone know places that a good for kitesurfing and cheap to fly to. Does not have to be in the summer any time of year that has the cheapest flights. Also do you know any ways to get the best deals and what to look for when booking flights and hotels. Places in Europe that flights are under £70. Something like Spain, Italy or France near to England so that you can go for few days Friday to Sunday for example. What dates are the cheapes to fly in.

Tarifa, any month apart from June, july and august when the place is too busy. April, May, september and October are still warm and cheap to fly to Gibraltar or Malaga or even Jerez
