Davesails...evidently their web guy used a copy and paste from another Shinn board. They are $599. I'll let that guy know.
Oldn...boards haven't gotten there yet but will post pics of the 2 boards side by side and a review once I get one.

Yeah, they are $599 and this is relatively cheap compare to a surfboard. Very easy to learn for a first directional board and so much fun for anyone with experience. I ride mine almost every session since last month and simply love it! Again, 2hrs yesterday. I will soon do some tests with bigger fins to see if I can improve the upwind and LW performance.

I really like your pads version Phil :thumb:

$575 for the BRM Paipo. I have one - it is loads of fun. I really like it for learning strapless tricks - don't have to worry about cracking the deck like I do with a surfboard.

Can someone supply detailed measures for either of these board (widths on 10 cm increments, a bit denser at the tip, and rocker height with tip's angle of attack)?

I have used the shinnster for a couple of weeks, a favorite i any conditions!
Pictures to show my own design of deckpads, cut from 3 large square pads, it took me about 2 hours and a bit of a mess, but worth it I think :D
