Thanks again all. I agree I'm sure this will be solved. I think that it is a defect in the leading edge.
Here is the video link again:

I don't think it is a defect in the leading edge. I know what that looks like and it doesn't look at all like your video. Your video shows behavior typical of an underinflated kite but since it is at 10psi that can't be it. It will probably end up being something else nobody has suggested yet.

Good point. If Liquid Force does not correct the problem I will raise the issue with Real. The kite seems to be getting worse, I was hoping to make it through the season.

NJRider, do you clip off your struts? I'm sure you've probably already checked the integrity of the small strut closest to where the LE creases. If you clipped off your struts, and that small strut lost pressure, the LE would not be properly supported....although, even then, 10 psi in the LE should keep it pretty solid.
On a positive note, your video is good. Let us know what LF says.

I don't even have the strut clips on this kite - keeps things simple. Here are some additional pictures.

Hi everyone....Time for an update.
The update is nothing....Liquid Force has gone MIA and I got half an answer from Real Kiteboarding. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will soon be corrected. On the bright side, the season will be over soon and my urgency to have a kite will be much less

the best way to deal with a problem is to go where you bought the kite from.
let them deal with the kite company.

have u checked the pully nj? the reason I asked is I had the same symptoms yesterday on one of my kites, noticed the pulley was frozen and replaced it to fix. Without the bridle working my wingtip didn't have enough support.
