If you like to kite surf in a windy paradise, Penghu might be a good choice for you.
Its northeast wind starts blowing in mid-Sep. and ends around middle of May.
Wind blows 20-30 knot on most of the days. It increase to 40+ knot sometimes.
I took a few pictures of my daughter kitesurfing at Longmen Beach, Penghu Taiwan.
