Small update here...
Well there is nothing to update. No offers from Simon to rectify the situation.
Im so disappointed that a company can take your money... Promise after promise...
Send kites to all their "Team Riders" but not send kites to their paying customers/distributors.
Then 'Oh we've got no money left' lets close the company F?!K the people who supported us. And we will open another company in a diferent country and we will even brand the kites with the same name just to give the finger to those that sent us money before.
And if there is no money to send us kites or refunds, where is the money coming from for the new gear?
I am in the process of taking legal action, but from New Zealand it's very slow and expensive.
Simone if you read this... I will not stop until you repay everything I have paid.
Riders please don't buy royal kites we don't need companies like this in our community.
The IKA/ISAF bans racers/organisations under certain situations, I believe they should ban manufactures when they behave in an un-professional manner... Such as this...

Has anyone got the new 2013 kites from royal yet??
Is Simone delivering kites to those who have paid?
If he is... I would say you are very lucky.
Royal should give kites to those who paid for kites last year first...
They should certainly send us kites before they start lining their pockets again!!
Where did the money go?...

Sorry to bring this up again. But noticed Royal kites for sale on EBay. Does this mean all is resolved?

Sorry to resurrect this, but how did it end?
Reason I ask is I'd like to know how risky buying from the new company (ASV) is. Anyone has experience buying from their eshop?

I also wondered how this story ended?
Have the problems be solved?

Royal and ASV both exist.. I have ASV kites and a close friend is an ASV/Royal dealer through his shop and hasnt had any issues getting kites including custom colour orders etc..
