Try coming a bit furthur North. It was 13 - 15 in Netanya today. Could see them in Beit Yannai kiting as well. Haifa must have been Cooking!!!

ע"פ כל הנתונים עשוי להיות יום דומה להיום ,הרוח תהיה דרומית בעוצמות דומות להיום ,מאידך נמתין עד שעות הבוקר כדי לבדוק כמה הנתונים נשמרים (תחושה אישית שיהיה מעט חלש מהיום אך נמתין לבוקר).
