I was also looking around in the UK but decided as well to go abroad, how is Hurghada and how can I get there easiest, from LGW?
Any good schools around there?
I hear Tarifa can be a bit hairy for beginners and too many kiters on the water? Anyone knows?

Best to contact Sportif, the flight is a charter so all seats are probably pre-sold.
