Starting Snowkiting

Postby jugglerjon » Tue Dec 30, 2003 10:42 am

I am new to Snowkiting and am looking for any advice on how to get started.

What position/pattern should the kite be flown in to make me move across the wind?

If I want to turn at the end of a run what should I do with the kite?

Are there any kite positions I need to avoid whilst learning?

I have just bought a mountainboard so I may be able to practice some of the moves on that before I start on snow.

Any help would be very welcome.

It would be best to take a lesson. Most of the questions you ask will be address in it.
