Good for our future, if both sport increase, this way we will get a bigger lobby with influence on bans and restrictions.

Personally, I don't really understand why some people are so gung-ho on making kiting (snow, water, or whatever) increase or more accessible. You do that and teenagers and younger will get into the sport. They're propensity to live on the edge and be irresponsible will quickly mean more deaths and injuries (theirs and others), not to mention lawsuits from their parents. ...hyping up kiting and helping it grow is not good for the sport, or any of us.

In my opinion, the only way people should get into this sport (especially kids) is by kiters with experience who carefully select and train them-teaching them to respect the power.

The sweet thing about kitesnowboarding is you get so many more sessions in.I live in southern ontario and generally the wind is light in the summer months.
But on snow in 6 knots your going.Speaking of snow..when are we going to get it!
