Can you send a pic or drawing as to how you attach the pulley you mentioned and a video if possible of how it lands?

Thanks

Wally

I think he just sticks it on a steering line as he said, i.e. disconnect the rear line and run it through the wheel section and reconnect. With the kite low or landed as he says , I guess he hooks the pulley to something and walks against it flagging the kite. Weird and interesting a video is a must :-)!! LOL Not something I really consider necessary but a video could change my mind :-)

This metallic one (for dogs) could be agressive for people or for the kite;

if the ground is soft enough like sand, I prefer using this plastic one , lighter and cheaper , approx 4 Euros:

I'm not able to picture how the pulley you put on a steering line hooks onto this stake and how that works. Diagrahm?

Ok. Tried again yesterday self landing with the Landing strap. Kite was perfectly still on ground downwind. Kept landing strap pulled in way back. Unhooked chicken loop so I could secure landing strap. Cotton pickin Sonic comes off the ground about 10 feet in the air. Tried pulling the safety line through the bar as was suggested here however when I got the safety line to have tension on it the kite comes off the ground again. Of course when I got to kite had some untangling to do.

What did I do correct and where did I Whiff??

Thanks

Big Wally
